What We Collect

  • Google profile — your name and email address, used to identify your account.
  • Calendar events— today's events from your primary Google Calendar (title, time, attendees, description).
  • Email metadata — subject lines, sender names, and dates of recent emails involving your meeting attendees. We do not read email bodies.

How We Use Your Data

Your calendar and email data is processed once daily by an AI model (via Vercel AI Gateway) to generate a personalized morning briefing. The briefing includes meeting summaries, priority scores, and relevant context from recent correspondence.

Data Retention

Briefings and meeting summaries are automatically deleted after 30 days. Raw calendar and email data is not stored beyond the briefing computation.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Third-Party Services

  • Google APIs — read-only access to Calendar and Gmail via OAuth 2.0.
  • Vercel — hosting, serverless functions, and AI Gateway for model inference.
  • Neon — PostgreSQL database for storing user accounts and briefings.

Google API Disclosure

Day Dashboard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
