Service Description

Day Dashboard is a personal productivity tool that generates AI-powered daily briefings from your Google Calendar and Gmail. The service is provided as-is for individual use.

Google Account Access

Day Dashboard requests read-only access to your Google Calendar and Gmail. We cannot modify, delete, or send anything on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions.

Your Responsibilities

• You must have a valid Google account to use this service.
• You are responsible for the security of your own account and session.
• Do not share your session or allow unauthorized access to your briefings.

Limitation of Liability

Day Dashboard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated summaries may contain inaccuracies. We are not liable for decisions made based on briefing content, missed meetings, or any damages arising from use of the service.

Data Handling

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Briefing data is retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted. You can delete your account and all data at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
